Evaluation

A physical therapy evaluation is your first appointment where the therapist gets a full picture of your body and movement. They’ll ask about your pain, injuries, or goals, watch how you move, and test your strength, flexibility, and balance. After the evaluation, they’ll explain what’s causing your issues and create a personalized plan to help you feel better, move easier, and prevent future problems.
Follow Up

A follow-up appointment focuses on moving you forward safely and effectively. Your therapist will review your progress, then guide you through exercises that are gradually made more challenging to build strength, improve balance, and enhance mobility. They’ll check your form on every movement, give feedback, and make adjustments so you’re doing each exercise correctly. We’ll also analyze how you move in everyday activities or sports to spot and fix any inefficient patterns. The goal is steady, measurable improvement in strength, flexibility, and overall movement so you recover faster and move better long-term.
